The Club’s AGM will be due around May or June this year (date to follow). At this meeting, the positions of various office bearers and Ordinary members will be voted on. This year the position of Club Secretary and Treasurer will be available, havng been held by Dorothea McInnes and Sharon Easton respectively for more years than they would like to admit to. The position of Chairperson will also be available for nomination or re-election.
Every year nominations for Ordinary members are also welcomed to help with the running of the Club. These positions are encouraged to take part in one of the sub-committees –
• Coaching
• Meet Management
• Fund Raising and Social Events
• Web & Press
• New Member Recruitment
• Child welfare (more details to follow shortly)
