This year’s Top Form Trophy is on Tuesday, 22nd November.
Warm-Up: 6:00pm
Start Time: 6:50pm
All competing swimmers must sign in prior to the warm-up. A registration desk will be in operation and will close sharp at 6:00pm. If you have not signed in you will not be able to take part.

Please let Mike know by noon on Tuesday 22nd if you can’t make it, so you are not expected in the evening. All swimmers please pay careful attention to the coaches and marshals who will let you know when your heat is starting. Please do cheer on your team mates, but do not gather around the start end or distract the officials.
There will be no formal training that night but swimmers in all squads should prepare to stay to the end at 9:00pm.
