
TRAINING NOTES
1. What and When a Swimmer should Eat.
If you don't eat right you can't train right.
MUSCLES NEED FOOD - after a hard training session it takes some time to replenish this and recover. If you do not eat right and train again you will under perform and your training may have a negative effect.
If you don't train right you can't improve at the correct rate.
So you wont be able to compete to the level you could.
If you don't Eat/drink right on Competition Day you won't perform.
If you do not eat properly you won't grow/develop the same way.
SWIMMERS SHOULD WATCH THEIR DIET... UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD THEY BE DIETING.
YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT.
