New Members

As the Club does not teach swimming from scratch, new members are expected to have had some previous tuition. Swimmers should be a minimum of 5 years old or attending primary 1. The minimum entry requirement is for a swimmer to be able to swim two lengths of a 25 metre pool, one on front and one on back.

Anyone wishing to join the Club should come to Rutherglen Pool at 6.00pm on any Tuesday. At this trial session the coaching staff will decide which group would match the swimmer’s ability.

An information pack including an application form and details of membership fees is available from the Membership Secretary, or by clicking on "Information Pack" which you can print off.

Please note that a waiting list will operate should membership numbers increase significantly.
