With important galas taking place in early 2010, the Club is giving swimmers in the Bronze, Silver, Gold and District squads the opportunity to maintain their fitness levels over the festive period. Additional training sessions, to suit the reduced pool opening times, are detailed below. The Development squad can take a well earned rest, returning on Tuesday 5th January. See Timetable Below

NOTE: There is hoped to be special training session for all Clyde Coast League Swimmers every Saturday in January. Swimmers should look out for JAGS entry forms early January for February and similarly North Ayrshire. We may also look at Dumfries meet in April.

DISTRICT SQUAD Junior & Senior

ALL District Squad swimmers should attend the South Lanarkshire Swim Squad Times in RED below. These sessions are priority and you should attend these before attending Lifestyle session.

Senior District should attend ALL District sessions even if there are two sessions on the same day. Junior District should attend the South Lanarkshire ones and the second hour of the afternoon sessions that are on the same day.

This is a really good opportunity to take advantage of extra training.

Tuesdays and Thursdays are Club Night and these finish on 10th December 2009. The Club Nights recommence on the 5th January 2010.

A training programme continues over Christmas. The timetable for the Squads and venues are below. 

Swimmers who are at the Scottish Nationals, Scottish Schools in January, and the JAGS meet or  at the North Ayrshire Meet in February or who are working towards District Regional Squad times should attend as many of the sessions available to them as possible.

Only Development and Bronze squad should be off completely.

For Denny follow the yellow highlighted route to the first roundabout entering Denny from Falkirk/M876. It is a new school NOT the one marked with the orange marker.

 

The Performance squad should attend all District Sessions. The District squad will have additional South Lanarkshire sessions, still to be advised.

 

Denny High School may be open to other squads  if South Lanarkshire swimming have sessions that conflict, as District Squad are expected to attend South Lanarkshire.
