Please note that there are some changes to land training this Wednesday (31st). There is no 6pm session, anyone from that session who still wishes to train, should attend the 8pm session. There is also no extra half hour stretching for the 7pm session.
The following Wednesday (7th Nov) will only be a 6pm session. Any swimmers not at the South Lanarkshire Schools should all train at this time regardless of their normal training time.
