The Denny Sessions

The current block of Denny Sessions are now finished and a big thank you to everyone who attended and made them one of the most enjoyable sessions to coach. I personally saw a big improvement in everyone, particularly those who listened and tried to put in practise what I was developing, not only at Denny, but at all their squad sessions.

This last block was aimed at 12 years and under swimmers. There is just one more session at Stirling on the 3rd March 2012, 18.00-20.00 – only for those who attended Denny.

Please note the first round of the Clyde Coast League is this Sunday 26th February.

This Saturday 25th February, I would like all the Clyde Coast squad only, to attend Denny irrespective of squad, from 15.00-18.00 please.
