DEVELOPMENT/BRONZE & SILVER SQUAD
+ any Gold Squad wanting times.
Time trials will be held on Tuesday 7th September 2010.
All the above squads will need to be at the Pool at 1800.
The format is:-
1800-1815 warm up
18.15-18.50 lanes 1-4 will be used
18.50 all 6 lanes
19.30 End of Time trial.
19.30-20.00. Development, Bronze & Silver will train on till 20.00.
All swimmers in the above squads are expected to attend from 1800-2000 times will be used to select swimmers for the MINI LEAGUES on the 9th October and 6th November. If you do not have times you will not be selected for any events and you will not progress up the squads when space becomes available.
The time trials are essential and all swimmers are expected to swim all the strokes that are being held whether you like them or not!
